weirdo

Gelbraensoftware will never send unwanted email to anyone.

If you are receiving emails that claim to be from Gelbraensoftware, but you haven't had any previous contact with me and you don't have any idea who I am, please realize that my address is being spoofed. This means that someone is sending emails pretending to be from my server to hide their own identity. They are not actually coming from me or my server.

Unfortunately, I have no control over the actions of others and I can do nothing to prevent this from happening. I can't do anything to stop this because, as I said before, the spam is not coming from my server - it only seems like it.

The only address I use is "mcrs@gelbraensoftware.com" and if any other is used (for instance, "edward@gelbraensoftware.com") it definitely did not come from me.

One solution that I can offer to help deal with this problem is for you to create a rule or filter in your email client to delete or send to the trash any email that has "gelbraensoftware.com" in the "From" field.

In Gmail: Using Filters
In Outlook Express: Controlling Junk Mail In Outlook Express
In Eudora: How to Use Filters (Windows)
In Eudora: How to Use Filters (Macintosh)
In Thunderbird: Message Filters
